Day One

11am-4:15pm

This was the first day of my internship. Bobby had me walk around the whole building and into every room just to see where everything was located in case I needed something and he was not there. He even had me look in the storage room building outside as well. Then he had me put a light bulb in. There were glasses in the kitchen that needed stickers peeled off of them. Swept the outside walkway. Wiped out all the ashtrays on the outside tables. Put some checked in envelops in order to be mailed. Called the company that Bobby gets his linen from so he could order more. Checked the mailbox for any mail and took the checks I had addressed and stamped out to be mailed. Then he had me drive around the course just to get a feel for where each hole was in case I had to run out there for any reason. Looked through the Pro Shop manual. Filled out an employee information form for Bobby to keep on file. Then the last thing was I typed up a list for a bulletin board.
